What we are doing here at your local X-treme / 5 Star stores to keep you and our team members safe during these complicated times.

Inside of each of our stores we are following the guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus. We practice social distancing by keeping six feet away from each other in our stores, we clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces daily. Our team members constantly wash their hands with soap and water throughout the day.

As an essential part of each of the communities we serve, we have several ways for you to contact us. Be it through the contact form on our website, calling us directly or visiting our Facebook pages in each community we do business, our team members are here to help answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Our stores remain open currently from 10:00am to 6:00pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 10:00am to 5:00pm Wednesdays and Saturdays. It’s always a good idea to give your store a call prior to visiting as we will follow any changes in operating times as local authorities may dictate.

Our team members at X-treme / 5 Star Rental Purchase stand ready to serve your needs, whether it’s getting that stove to cook your meals on or the refrigerator to store your food in or maybe that deep freezer to keep your meat frozen fresh, we are here for you. Maybe it’s questions about a laptop or desktop computer you may have or are in the market for a new one - our knowledgeable and professional team members can help.

As our focus is always toward safety first for you and our team members, we will be changing the way we make deliveries or returns during this challenging time. At anytime you would like to take the product with you from the store we will happily arrange curbside delivery for you. If you would like it delivered to your home, in order to maintain a safe distance between you and our team members, we prefer to deliver to your doorstep or front porch and wait outside. However, if you would like one of our team members to assist you bringing it inside, at this time we are leaving it up to each of our team members’ consideration in doing so.
